What we collect

Orders: your name, phone number, email, city, district, address, postal code, National Address short code and map location (if you use "Find address"), order notes and what you bought.
Accounts (optional): your name, email, phone and saved address. Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed) — we can't read them.
Contact form and newsletter: what you send us and your email address.

Why we use it

Only to process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, answer your messages and, if you subscribed, send you our newsletter. We never sell your data. You can stop the newsletter at any time by contacting us through our contact page.

Who we share it with

To deliver your order we share your name, phone, city and address with our shipping platform (OTO) and the courier that delivers it. Our website and database are hosted by service providers (Railway and Supabase) whose servers may be located outside Saudi Arabia; they only store the data for us.

When you use "Find address" at checkout or in your account, your National Address short code is sent to Google (Maps Places and Geocoding) to look up your address.

We may also share data with the authorities when Saudi law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your cart and language. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any data we are not required to keep.

How we protect it

Your data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to our team and the providers above. Passwords are stored hashed. No website can be 100% secure, so please keep your password private.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us through our contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

الطلبات: اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني ومدينتك وحيّك وعنوانك والرمز البريدي والرمز المختصر للعنوان الوطني وموقعك على الخريطة (إن استخدمت "ابحث عن العنوان") وملاحظات الطلب والمنتجات التي اشتريتها.
الحسابات (اختيارية): اسمك وبريدك وجوالك وعنوانك المحفوظ. كلمات المرور تُخزّن مشفّرة ولا يمكننا قراءتها.
نموذج التواصل والنشرة البريدية: ما ترسله إلينا وبريدك الإلكتروني.

لماذا نستخدمها

فقط لتنفيذ طلباتك وتوصيلها، والتواصل معك بشأنها، والرد على رسائلك، وإرسال النشرة البريدية إن اشتركت. لا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا. يمكنك إيقاف النشرة البريدية في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا عبر صفحة التواصل.

مع من نشاركها

لتوصيل طلبك نشارك اسمك وجوالك ومدينتك وعنوانك مع منصة الشحن (OTO) وشركة الشحن التي توصل الطلب. موقعنا وقاعدة بياناتنا مستضافان لدى مزوّدي خدمة (Railway وSupabase) قد تكون خوادمهم خارج المملكة، ويقتصر دورهم على تخزين البيانات لصالحنا.

عند استخدامك "ابحث عن العنوان" في صفحة إتمام الطلب أو في حسابك، يُرسل الرمز المختصر لعنوانك الوطني إلى Google (خدمتي Places وGeocoding) للبحث عن عنوانك.

وقد نشارك البيانات مع الجهات الرسمية عندما تُلزمنا الأنظمة السعودية بذلك.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين

نستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط واحدًا لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول، وتخزين المتصفح لحفظ سلتك ولغتك. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات للمدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة المحاسبية والنظامية. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وأي بيانات لا يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها.

كيف نحمي بياناتك

تُرسل بياناتك عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) وتُخزّن مع حصر الوصول إليها على فريقنا ومزوّدي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه. كلمات المرور تُخزّن مشفّرة. لا يوجد موقع آمن بنسبة 100%، لذا حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور.

حقوقك

وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. تواصل معنا عبر صفحة التواصل وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.

تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويوضح التاريخ أعلى هذه الصفحة أحدث إصدار.
