Returning an order

You can return unopened spools in their original vacuum-sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving them. This is longer than the 7-day period set by the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Because filament absorbs moisture once opened, we can't accept returns of spools that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If a spool arrives damaged, faulty (for example wrong diameter or tangled winding) or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Defects found while printing

Some problems — such as brittle filament, moisture, inconsistent diameter or tangled winding — only show up once you start printing. If you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your order and before about 20% of the spool has been used, contact us and we will replace the spool or refund it.

Keep the spool and its label, and send us photos or a short video of the problem. We may ask you to send the spool back so we can check it.
This doesn't cover damage caused after delivery, such as moisture from storing an opened spool without protection, or problems caused by wrong printer settings or temperatures.

How to return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason.
We'll confirm the return and tell you how to send it back.
For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is paid by the customer; for faulty or wrong items we pay it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund within 14 days. Card or bank-transfer payments are refunded to the same account; other orders are refunded by bank transfer to an IBAN in your name. The original shipping fees are only refunded when the return is due to our error.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refused or undeliverable orders

If you refuse the delivery, or the courier can't reach you and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the order minus the shipping cost both ways.

يمكنك إرجاع البكرات غير المفتوحة في تغليفها الأصلي المفرّغ من الهواء خلال 14 يومًا من استلامها، وهي مدة أطول من مدة الـ 7 أيام التي يحددها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي.

لأن الخيوط تمتص الرطوبة بعد فتحها، لا نقبل إرجاع البكرات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة إلا إذا كان بها عيب.

المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصلتك بكرة تالفة أو معيبة (مثل قطر غير صحيح أو لفّ متشابك) أو مختلفة عمّا طلبت، تواصل معنا خلال 14 يومًا مع رقم الطلب وصور. سنستبدلها أو نرد قيمتها كاملة شاملة الشحن دون أي تكلفة عليك.

العيوب التي تظهر أثناء الطباعة

بعض المشاكل — مثل هشاشة الخيط أو الرطوبة أو عدم انتظام القطر أو تشابك اللف — لا تظهر إلا عند بدء الطباعة. إذا وجدت عيبًا مصنعيًا خلال 30 يومًا من استلام طلبك وقبل استخدام نحو 20% من البكرة، تواصل معنا وسنستبدل البكرة أو نرد قيمتها.

احتفظ بالبكرة وملصقها، وأرسل لنا صورًا أو مقطع فيديو قصيرًا للمشكلة. قد نطلب منك إعادة البكرة لفحصها.
لا يشمل ذلك الأضرار التي تحدث بعد التسليم، مثل الرطوبة الناتجة عن تخزين البكرة المفتوحة دون حماية، أو المشاكل الناتجة عن إعدادات أو درجات حرارة غير صحيحة للطابعة.

نؤكد لك الإرجاع ونرسل لك طريقة الإعادة.
في حال الإرجاع لتغيير الرأي يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن، وفي حال العيب أو الخطأ نتحملها نحن.

استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج المُرجع وفحصه، نرد المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا. المدفوعات بالبطاقة أو التحويل تُعاد إلى نفس الحساب، والطلبات الأخرى تُعاد بتحويل بنكي إلى آيبان باسمك. لا تُسترد رسوم الشحن إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ منا.

إلغاء الطلب

يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجانًا في أي وقت قبل شحنه. تواصل معنا بأسرع وقت مع رقم الطلب.

الطلبات المرفوضة أو التي تعذّر توصيلها

إذا رفضت استلام الشحنة، أو تعذّر على شركة الشحن التواصل معك وأُعيدت الشحنة إلينا، نرد لك قيمة الطلب بعد خصم تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.
