This website is operated by Saudi Spools Prime (البكرة السعودية الاصلية), based in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. Our commercial registration and VAT numbers, when available, are shown at the bottom of every page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
After you order you receive an order number. We may contact you to confirm the order. We can decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or details can't be confirmed); if you already paid, we refund you in full.
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders are shipped once payment arrives; unpaid bank-transfer orders may be cancelled after 3 days. We issue a VAT invoice for every order.
An account is optional. If you create one, give accurate details and keep your password private — you are responsible for orders placed with your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Don't misuse the website: no fake or fraudulent orders, no attempts to break or overload the site, and nothing that breaks Saudi law. We may suspend or close an account that does this.
Returns and refunds follow our returns & refunds policy.
Follow your printer's instructions and the temperatures shown on each product. 3D printers get very hot; print in a ventilated area. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by using our products.
The Saudi Spools Prime name and logo, product photos, texts and the design of this website belong to Saudi Spools Prime. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
We contact you by email, SMS or WhatsApp using the details you give us. These messages count as written notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page; orders already placed follow the terms in force when you ordered.

يُدار هذا الموقع من قِبل البكرة السعودية الاصلية (Saudi Spools Prime) في الأحساء، المملكة العربية السعودية. يظهر رقم السجل التجاري والرقم الضريبي — عند توفرهما — أسفل كل صفحة. بإتمامك للطلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
بعد إتمام الطلب تحصل على رقم طلب، وقد نتواصل معك لتأكيده. يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه (مثل نفاد المخزون أو تعذّر تأكيد البيانات)، وإن كنت قد دفعت نرد لك المبلغ كاملًا.
تظهر طرق الدفع المتاحة لطلبك في صفحة إتمام الطلب. تُشحن طلبات التحويل البنكي بعد وصول المبلغ، وقد تُلغى الطلبات غير المدفوعة بعد 3 أيام. نصدر فاتورة ضريبية لكل طلب.
إنشاء الحساب اختياري. إن أنشأت حسابًا فأدخل بيانات صحيحة وحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور، فأنت مسؤول عن الطلبات التي تتم من خلاله. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع، ومن ذلك الطلبات الوهمية أو الاحتيالية، ومحاولة تعطيل الموقع أو إثقاله، وأي استخدام يخالف أنظمة المملكة. يحق لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف ذلك.
يخضع الإرجاع والاسترداد لـ سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد.
اتبع تعليمات طابعتك ودرجات الحرارة الموضحة لكل منتج. الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد تسخن بشدة، فاطبع في مكان جيد التهوية. في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام منتجاتنا.
اسم البكرة السعودية الاصلية وشعارها وصور المنتجات والنصوص وتصميم هذا الموقع ملك للبكرة السعودية الاصلية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا.
نتواصل معك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو واتساب باستخدام البيانات التي تزودنا بها، وتُعد هذه الرسائل إشعارًا مكتوبًا.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويسري الإصدار الجديد من التاريخ الموضح أعلى هذه الصفحة. تخضع الطلبات السابقة للشروط المعمول بها وقت الطلب.
