We deliver to every city in Saudi Arabia. Orders ship from our warehouse in Al-Ahsa (Eastern Province) through licensed courier partners (such as J&T Express, Aramex, SMSA and others) using the OTO shipping platform.
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Bank-transfer orders ship once the transfer has arrived.
Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.
When your order ships we add the tracking number to your order. If you have an account you can see it under My account; otherwise contact us through our contact page with your order number.
Please make sure your phone number, city and address are correct — the courier will call you before delivery. If a delivery fails because the details were wrong or nobody answered, we may need to charge shipping again to resend it. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
نوصل إلى جميع مدن المملكة العربية السعودية. تُشحن الطلبات من مستودعنا في الأحساء (المنطقة الشرقية) عبر شركات شحن مرخّصة (مثل J&T Express وأرامكس وسمسا وغيرها) من خلال منصة OTO للشحن.
نجهّز الطلبات ونسلّمها لشركة الشحن خلال 1–2 يوم عمل (من الأحد إلى الخميس، باستثناء الإجازات الرسمية). طلبات التحويل البنكي تُشحن بعد وصول التحويل.
يستغرق التوصيل عادةً 1–5 أيام عمل بعد الشحن حسب مدينتك، وقد يطول في المناطق البعيدة. هذه مدد تقديرية وليست مضمونة.
عند شحن طلبك نضيف رقم التتبع إلى الطلب. إن كان لديك حساب تجده في حسابي، وإلا تواصل معنا عبر صفحة التواصل مع رقم الطلب.
تأكد من صحة رقم جوالك ومدينتك وعنوانك، فالمندوب يتصل بك قبل التوصيل. إذا تعذّر التوصيل بسبب خطأ في البيانات أو عدم الرد، قد نحتاج إلى احتساب رسوم شحن جديدة لإعادة الإرسال. إذا وصلتك الشحنة تالفة، صوّرها وتواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة.
